I could have given good feedback on comfort, but the host failed to anticipate to provide sofabed linens despite the booking is for 3 persons (2A+1child 14y.o.)
PHAlthough we did not meet the host or any staff in person, the remote customer service is great. Clean room. Host offered budget friendly parking space.
PHWe had an excellent stay at the hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal. close to shops, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. Our kid especially enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family.
We only realized there was a Sunday Mass too late. Hopefully, we'll be able to attend next time we visit.

USUSHost was incredible, and the unit was extremely clean and smelled amazing. There are ATMs and coffee shops within walking distance..I didn't use the pool or gym, but they looked really nice and clean as well. I'll definitely book again when I come to Manila in the future!
