La casetta di Ortigia

Había un armario con una luz led rota y estuvo toda la noche parpadeando, no pude dormir.

Grandezza alloggio. Pulizia. Spazi interni molto comodi.

Il terrazzino è in comune con gli altri alloggi.

L'hôte est tres gentil et disponible. L'emplacement était idéal pour le séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable.

Manque d'équipements essentiels (pas de micro ondes par exemple), et une partie des fournitures sur place commences a serieusement s'abimer (egoutoire a vaisselle rouillé, casseroles abîmées..). Il manque d'une partie des fournitures également (liquide vaisselle, pas de condiments comme de l'huile d'olive...). Le chauffage est loin d'être optimal.

The size was good for three people, spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking during our stay. The location was handy, right in the heart of the old town, close to everything, and quiet at night.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a serious issue during a night of heavy rain, when water leaked through the walls and flooded part of the apartment. We had to stay awake for several hours using our own towels to mop the floor, as no help or supplies were provided. The most disappointing part was the host’s reaction, they didn’t check on the apartment, offer any assistance, or provide replacement towels or a mop for the following days. Communication was very slow, with responses coming hours after our messages. We were also concerned about the humidity, smell, and potential electrical risks afterward. The property definitely has potential for a higher rating, but the lack of care and response from the host made the experience very frustrating

Apartament foarte dragut si foarte curat în centrul Ortigiei.Serena a fost foarte dragura si ne-a lăsat sa ne cazam mai devreme.Speram sa ne întoarcem!

L’appartement est situé en plein cœur d’Ortigia ce qui permet de visiter facilement l’île. La cuisine et la petite terrasse sont agréables pour les repas. Le lit est confortable et l’appartement spacieux.

Il manque un peu de fenêtres et de lumière la journée mais cela permet aussi d’avoir un peu d’intimité dans l’animation d’ortigia. Nous avons trouvé que l’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée.
