"Not happy with my stay"

The place was ok but had a lot of issues.

The place was ok but had a bunch of issues. I will list them all below. *No garbage bins in bathrooms *Nothing to hang towels and clothes in bathroom *Sink filled uo with water and it was clogged. *Towel had stains *Main bathroom toilet had stains (can't be cleaned) *Window cage was fully molded and very unhealthy. *AC remote screen didn't fully work *Rooms didn't have blackout curtains *Always water outside the house door (flooded) *Ants all over the bed So yes these things made it very hard to stay there.

Clean, nice deco and setup. Internet was working great.

No towel or clothes hook in both bathroom. Also they were no rubbish bin in all the rooms and toilet. Only one rubbish bin for the whole unit, which is in the kitchen, very inconvenient. No prayer mats in the whole unit. Water flow from toilet sink is very slow. No extra rubbish bag. Only one access card, quite inconvenient for two cars to enter unit.

"Bad experience!"

The unit decorated nicely, aircond in the living room was working well, the kitchen also nice, fridge working well. Has view to swimming pool which is very nice...beautiful sunset, shiny morning. Location quite near with my work place. They have mini mart on ground floor outside the building, sells basic groceries for your daily needs.

Owner/property guy was rude! He didn't know how to face/handle customer, he's totally not professional. Despite who's correct/wrong still his words totally cannot accept! That would be my last stay there. No aircond in other 2 bedrooms, and parking position was awful, not suitable for someone with health condition. The owner should be grateful i rate them 5😑

"The stay in the property was satisfactory."

The property is clean and it is near to our intended place.

The sink in the 2nd bathroom was clogged. There is no place to hang the towels in both bathrooms. There are no utensils & tissue in the kitchen.
