Wasn’t big enough and water leaking as well as no hot water

Due to the toilet not working very inconvenient. Very upsetting for us especially my for my disabled grandson. Spoiled our holiday really. Very upsetting

Good site and location.

Not allowed acees until 4pm and have to vacate for 10am. Not quite right. Cleaning not great.

The property was very clean and nice.

Not far from places to spend nice time inn.

Not enough facilities on site for kids and adults, one pub, pool outside so with rainy day no chance to spend time, food expensive at pub about £15.50 per meal , small choice, pool not big enough and outside. One little play ground for kids.

The chalet was well presented, clean and comfortable the bed was very nice to sleep in and the whole place had a homey feel to it. The location is an ideal base for exploring all the beauty that north wales has to offer, lovely green scenery, lovely view from the balcony too of the countryside and sunsets.

Electricity is paid by meter which I was aware but due to no heating in the rooms it was a little costly to heat the place with the fire place and radiators. Also water pressure was really slow, took almost 45 mins to an hour to heat the water for a bath and another hour to run the bath.

Great location, lots to do and see, ideal for touring North West Wales.

Could do with a bit of modernising but everything worked well.
