"Near the beach"

Great location for beach 5 minutes. And 5 minutes to Trams. Cafe and shops easy walk away.

Beds need updating. No washing line for drying things.

"We had a really good stay and would stay at this property again."

Good location. Great facilities and size of property. Loved the dart board, game table and table tennis.

Bit of maintenance needed - door handles came off in both 2nd floor bedrooms, one en-suite very small.

Location.

Overpriced, property not very clean. Quite a bit of work required. (Water leak from electric light fitting) Host needs to be more involved, make more frequent visits to view problems for himself and make sure property is fully ready for next guests, instead of solely relying on word of mouth. I got the impression that he knew very little, or didn't care about what actually went off in his own property.

"A GREAT HOLIDAY FIND."

We loved the size of the accommodation and location. I can only say, we had a great time, and would highly recommend The Lookout to anyone. It's a lovely quiet area, and only a few hundred yards from Russel Beach, which we and our lovely cockapoo loved everyday of the 7 we were there. We were blessed with some fantastic weather also. This is the place to stay, if you want a lovely holiday.

In our opinion, nothing. We loved it all. The size of the kitchen and bathroom are fantastic, as are the bedrooms, living, dining room. Plenty of hot water, heating, and a superb freestanding bath, as well as many shower cubicles and separate toilets. Dart board, and a selection of games. Brilliant.
