Très déçu. J' ai essayé plusieurs fois de contacter pour les clés personne répond au téléphone le lendemain j' ai reçu un mail comme quoi l appartement est bloqué depuis une semaine donc je n' ai pas pu accéder à l appartement. J' ai envoyé un mail au service client booking. Et aujourd'hui on me prélève l argent
