GBThe property was close to the town centre.
It was not in a great area and was opposite a barbers. There were no blinds in the longe window and customers of the barbers and pedestrians could look straight in. There was a walkway to at least one other property outside the bedroom window and again no blinds. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The one car parking spot was shared with other properties and the entry in Booking.com did not state it was subject to availability.
GBThe flat is neatly decorated and well appointed. It has everything you would need.
Unfortunately the neighbours were playing music with loud bass through the wall adjoining the bedroom. Somebody opened the flat door, thinking the party was where we were staying. Our children couldn't sleep so we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The host says this is unusual and told us to knock on the door. Of course we were not going to do that, having no idea who lived there. The host subsequently denied he'd asked us to knock on the door, just to talk to them and that not to do so was not mature.

The space out front isn’t advisable for a transit style van. Very small but still great to have parking so close to city centre.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable One of the windows in the lounge didn't have a curtain which meant that it was very bright in the morning.

You can clearly hear neighbours upstairs.Can be a bit disappointing if you try to go to bed earlier than 22.00 ,after 22.00 is quite. Could be cleaner from small bits of mould in bathroom and around the windows.
