Clean and tidy

My son stayed on his own for one night and managed to park with difficulty. He was fairly comfortable but felt the bed was small. We were unable to park anywhere close and would not have wanted to leave our car with luggage in the neighbourhood. The bed and sofa bed were small and not comfortable for 3 adults. We decided not to stay for the second night and checked in to a local hotel instead. This property would suit a single traveller arriving by train.

Really good location. Clean, tidy with everything you need.

Lounge pull out bed wasn't the easiest to use and was a little tired looking.

Communication with host excellent. Everything as described.

Rugs/carpet in front room could have been smarter.

Great location, quiet . Ryan was really helpful and made sure we were comfortable.

Parking was a bit tricky, couch that folded out as a bed was very uncomfortable. Even with using the topper.

In one way, if you are visiting Woking and want a central base from which to explore the area, then it is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything one needed. The double bed in the back room was very comfortable and quiet.

The sofa bed wasn't that great. Even with the mattress topping (supplied) it was a wee bit uncomfortable and I'd say it is only big enough for one person. Unless you are quite small. It's ok for a couple of nights but I wouldn't wanna be on it for more than that. The front room, with the sofa, also looks out directly on to the street and people go by all the time and can see straight in...

Well furnished and really cozy. Just a really great stay!
