Very convenient location, close to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops. Clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment.

Odličan smeštaj. Savršena lokacija. Parking u blizini - 150 metara možda. Preporuka da se parking plati unapred za 24h, bude jeftinije. Mirno za spavanje.

Jedina zamerka neprijatan miris kada se otvori prozor noću, sa zadnje strane apartmana. Preporuka: zatvorite prozore sa zadnje strane i koristite klimu u dnevnoj sobi.

Stayed for 1 night. Clean rooms, bed linen and towels, excellent location in the center, easy communication with the host for self check-in.

A beautiful and clean apartment, with multiple balconies, in a good location in Thessaloniki, very close to a public parking garage (for which we got 20% discount by the apartment management).

Aside from the fact that the building is old and the elevator is tiny and slow, the apartment is missing simple and basic elements that could have easily upgraded our stay, such as towel racks, bedside tables, and the absence of a safe in the apartment. Additionally, the kitchen equipment urgently needs improvement - we booked the apartment for 5 people, but in reality, there were only 4 units of each item (4 plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). Moreover, the manager from the management company (Kinfeel North), who provided service for the apartment, was very polite and pleasant in communication, but in practice, did not assist or help us with anything when we needed her help. It started with the sofa bed in the living room not being prepared (as was agreed in advance), and continued with our repeated requests to complete the missing kitchenware - each time the host reassured us that someone would come to fix it, but in reality no one ever showed up, the missing items were never provided, and the manager kept blaming the cleaners for not coming, forgetting, etc. I must point out that this behavior negatively affected our experience at the apartment, and it is unlikely we will return in the future.

It was downtown at the city centre. Walking distance to everywhere. Tha house is beautiful has abig balcony

Location was excellent!

A very clean and tidy home with a spacious balcony. It’s both centrally located and very close to a 24-hour open parking lot. Having a supermarket right around the corner is also a big plus.
