"Good but...."

I like the presence of television and wifi. The space is also good for 4 people.

First, the assistant is not responsive to my calls which delayed a lot of my time. Second, there are lots of small cockroaches in the unit. Thirdly, there was an additional charge of 120 per night which was not indicated in the details of the booking.

I like the warm welcome of other tenants in the room. The place was good.

That the bed wasn't ready, the tenants weren't aware that there was someone who would stay for the night. That there is a P300 deposit for the key card and I haven't received the refund.

"fix aircon"

location was great. good for quick stay only. fast and hassle free transaction.

aircon not working properly. ang hina ng buga. and maraming tambak na gamit sa side ng room. additional 75 pesos per person for utility fee
