Instalações novas, limpas, confortáveis e pessoal atencioso quando requisitado. Pequenos mercados, restaurantes e farmácia nas proximidades. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém satisfatório.

Item pequeno: o isolamento acústico interno do prédio poderia melhorar. Sobretudo o sistema de abertura-trancamento das portas dos quartos, muito ruidoso.
