Sueños del Mar

The location is fun, especially if you are going to do a kayak tour. The apartment overlooks Kayak Village, where all of the kayak companies are located. Beds are comfortable, and seperate AC units in each bedroom was nice Property owner was very good at communicating and trying to help us with the wifi situation They are in the process of building a back deck on the first floor, and it looks like it will be very nice when its complete

The Wifi only works on the backporch (exterior). Normally this would not be too big a deal, but I was trying to do a zoom meeting, so it was tricky. ( Property owner did communicate this after booking, but it was a message on the Booking site, and I did not see it) The roosters around the property are crazy loud, and start going off around 4am. Bring earplugs- you cannot sleep through them without earplugs

The location and view is the best on the island! We thought about staying in San Juan but, so glad we chose Fajardo. You can see all of the small islands (archipelago ). Don't miss the sunrise, it's amazing!! There are so many things to do so close to this apartment, even within walking distance. Bio Bay kayaking,water taxi to Icacos, many good restaurants. We loved Resturante El Pescador.There is a park with a playground for the kids and a walking path along the water with small kiosks.Stores and beaches are a short drive away. San Juan, Lechone Highway, Pinones kiosks are all a 50 min drive away. Luquillo Beach 20 min drive. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Just a text/call away. We will be back for sure!

If you don't want to carry your luggage, groceries ECT up a few flights of stairs stay on the first or second floor. They asked us what floor we would like but didn't see the email in time so we got our work out going to the third floor. Look out for email when you book so you can have an opportunity to choose. Hot water is difficult to get the temperature just right, but just a minor issue.

Right next to the bioluminescence bay tour reunión spot. Location is safe and there are restaurants near by. Great views of Icacos and Palominos Islands.

Beds could be better, but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very clean, large apartment, perfectly located for going on a kayak excursion as the offices were just downstairs from the house. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beds and couches very comfortable. Restaurants walking distance.

The balcony overlooks the launch point for kayak adventure tours, so if that's in your plans there's no better spot. Also walking distance to some great places to grab food and drinks.

Fabulous view! Location was great next to little cafes etc, and near the excursions. Air con was good! Beds comfy. Great little extras like beach towels provided. Nice balcony we loved it !!! We were so grateful that we were let in early before check in so that we had somewhere to leave our bags

We needed a kettle

Owner very nice. Place clean and comfortable.

I think I remember there could have been more toiletries but we had some so ok.
