L'hébergeur n'a pas répondu à mes appel, j'ai voyagé jusqu'à Marrakech arrivé là-bas pas de nouvelles de l'hébergeur, ni par mail ni par appel téléphonique sur le numéro qu'il a laissé. J'ai du passé la journée dehors à trouver une solution avant d'annuler la réservation et chercher un autre appartement

Nothing, the whole experience was terrible.

Everything ! The booking is a scam Iarrived for my booking and was immediately told by reception to go outside to a small brown box, similar to a telephone booth, to check in. The people there claimed they couldn’t find my reservation, even though I had full confirmation. They asked to see my booking confirmation then said as it didnt say my room number that the booking didnt go through (even though I eas charged) They then offered me a room only if I paid cash at a price three times higher than what I had already paid online. When I tried calling the contact number listed on my booking, it wasn’t even a Moroccan number, it was an American phone number.. The whole situation felt dishonest and unprofessional. The booking seems fraudulent and booking.com needs to look into this.

Le logement est spacieux et propre

Il n’y avait pas de serviettes de bain disponible c’est très dommage

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était proche du bus pour partir à Essaouira

Les matelas des lits n’étaient pas confortables Assez bruyant

Regrettable on m'informe lors de mon arrivé que le logement est indisponible et qu'il s'agit d'une escroquerie. Lamentable. Ne recommande pas du tout
