Gorgeous 2 bedroom Kintbury cottage

Had everything we needed and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had beforehand. Off street parking was very handy and we managed to squeeze two small cars into the space available which was ideal for us.

Host Dorothy was very good. Making sure we were comfortable.

2 pubs in village and both stopped serving food at 5pm

Good amenities and garden, the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Host was accommodating with check-in and check-out times.

Second bedroom bed on the small side, but were able to use the sofa bed in the lounge (one of or party was 6ft 7"). Steep stairs commensurate with the type of property, but can be managed with care.

Very clean property and very nice homeowners, the area in which the property is located is very very beautiful. The host also provides info about local restaurants etc.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Cosy little cottege in the heart of the village. Easy access to pubs and surrounding countryside

No dishwasher, no personal touches - shampoo, shower gel. Also upon arrival we noted that the previous guest’s recycling had not been taken away and there were long dark hairs in the sink. Despite promising to come and deal with this, and only living 2 doors away, the host did not do anything about it which was a shame but not the end of the world.

A lovely character cottage. Cosy atmosphere. Excellent equipment. Fantastic location.

Bathroom a little'tired'. Very steep stairs with no handrail at the top. Kitchen sink was a bit grubby

Private parking,well equipped kitchen, good size bathroom , very comfy beds, very cozy in lounge with log burner going, close to pub and shops . Shout out to the owner. We had a maintenance problem & they were right onto it , excelent!

The lounge would benefit from a proper sofa rather than the sofa bed which was rather uncomfortable if spending a while evening in there
