"Logement propre mais dans un quartier peu pratique et peu attrayant."

Logement propre. Prix correct.

Wifi non fonctionnel. Quartier peu agréable (rempli de dépôts d’ordures) même si le logement lui même est irréprochable sur le plan propreté. Pas de restaurants à proximité.
