"Good"

the kitchen was dirty, forks, knifes and so ok where not clean, so we had to clean everything before using it. But it was the only Think bad, everything Else was fine!

"Good stay, but only very limited practicality due to one night stay."

Very good position, very close to historic objects of interest; many small bars as well restaurants around the place, even close to the entrance of the building, which could be very encouraging for young travellers who enjoy wine. The apartment was well equipped generally and well decorated in rustic style.

The rules are very rigid of check out at 10 am, but there is a problem with luggage storing if you want to stay few hours longer in Bologna. The best place to do so really is the central railway station. It is the place for travellers who wish to stay longer than one night, otherwise hotel offers more flexible option.

"Fab location, very comfortable"

Great location, lovely inside, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, good communication from owner. Everything we needed was there.

We couldn’t get the microwave to work and we found the washing machine by accident just before we left, as it was hidden away in a cupboard in the bathroom. One cleaning hiccup was reported to the owner but not a huge problem. The apartment was up a couple of flights of stairs so perhaps unsuitable for someone with mobility difficulties.
