"Un sejur dezastruos, apartament nefuncțional, canapea ruptă, lift stricat și o atitudine sfidătoare!"

Apartamentul era relativ curat. Check-in/check-out rapid.

Ce nu mi-a plăcut: Am ajuns în jurul orei 23 cu soția și doi copii mici (5 ani și 8 luni) și am găsit un apartament inutilizabil: canapeaua din living ruptă, liftul nefuncțional, iar tot ce părea ok la prima vedere era de fapt de calitate foarte slabă când încercai să îl folosești. La ora 23:29, administratorul mi-a spus că dacă nu îmi convine, pot pleca și primesc banii înapoi. Să spui asta unei familii cu copii mici, noaptea târziu, este bătaie de joc și lipsă totală de respect. Am plătit pentru un apartament funcțional și am primit doar aparențe și scuze. Evitați această locație – este o păcăleală și o insultă la adresa oricărui client!
