Struttura molto accogliente, Posizione centrale ma tranquilla, tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. La casa pulitissima e molto comoda. Attrezzata di tutti i confort. Apprezzatissimo il terrazzino. Andrea gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Très bel appartement avec terrasse ! Chaleureux accueil d'Andrea avec petits gâteaux et boissons fraîches. Andrea est très accueillant et sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service.

Andrea è un ottimo padrone di casa, è innamorato della sua terra e ti trasporta coinvolgendoti con suggerimenti e consigli per goderti al meglio la vacanza. Ti accoglie con omaggi della zona. L'appartamento è splendido, spazioso e nuovo. Comodo in tutto e per tutto. Fornito di qualsiasi cosa un ospite possa desiderare. Il parcheggio è proprio adiacente alla proprietà e la posizione è molto comoda, vicina al centro, al mare ed alle viabilità più importanti. La colazione si consuma presso un bar vicino, scegliendo qualsiasi cosa si voglia ordinare, con una spesa pagata con gift di Andrea, raggiungendo altri importi basta aggiungere la differenza. Insomma tutto perfetto!

Andrea ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und herzlicher Gastgeber der uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche gegeben hat. Das Frühstück in einer nahegelegenen Bar war auch super. Die Unterkunft war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in 15 - 20 Minuten den Strand erreichen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Locri is an amazing city worth a visit. While in Town, Andrea's House is the best place to stay. Friendly, nice, and ready to help, Andrea will guide you through the area and the city's most relevant places. After years of experience with local hosts, Andrea can be easily ranked among the "best hosts of Italy." The apartment, a large furnished and well equipped last floor of a house is the ideal location for your relaxing holidays. Large beds, comfy spaces and spacious living areas completed by the balconies. You will not regret choosing this place!

Komfort na najwyższym poziomie, piękny przestronny taras i cudowne balkony. W całym obiekcie panowała nieskazitelna czystość. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni i wszelkie udogodnienia były dostępne. Świetna lokalizacja, przepyszne śniadania, po prostu to miejsce idealne na spędzanie najwspanialszych dni. Kolejny raz z pewnością znów wybiorę Andrea's House, bo gospodarz to najmilsza i najbardziej pomocna osoba jaką spotkałam. Pomagał nam znaleźć najlepsze miejsca w okolicy i podpowiadał o atrakcjach które warto odwiedzić. Serdeczność którą nas obdarzył, była niesamowita. Świetne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Andreas house is excellent! The apartment has everything you could possibly need — and more! Air conditioners in every room, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and a coffee machine, reliable Internet, and two bathrooms which is super convenient. Great private parking right outside the house, which is important because the sea is not very close — about a 15-minute walk — and I wouldn’t recommend walking there in the heat. But overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
