The room was hella spacious and did not feel cramy.

Parking a little tricky during the day time

Location and price was excellent! Also they were very accommodating when one room wasn't up to par. They quickly moved me to a better room.

I noticed there were plates and silverware, but nothing to cook with nor a hot plate or similar. I didn't ask if those could be provided, but it is definitely something I would request next time if available.

The rooms are lovely and spacious. Wonderful helpful staff. Very convenient.

- nice and big bed - with vault - TV has cable connection - pillows and blankets are clean - comfort room with heater - wifi is a bit faster

- the floor is dirty, you should bring slippers so you have something to use. - rug in the comfort room door is dirty. - remote control is dirty. - kitchen utensils like plates are dirty. - I think the free coffee has expired already due to its texture. - electric kettle is dirty. - towels has damaged already. - the door has gaps, it should be fix since I can see inside if the lights are on. Hoping to improve your facilities and cleanliness. Rooms should be inspected prior arrival of the guest.

The place is near the commercial establishments.

It smells cigarettes, the exhaust fan in the toilet is the main source of the smell. Our whole stays smells cigarettes.

Location was the best feature. 3 short streets from Fields syreet. Walking distance to SM Mall. Would be ideal as a long-term stay if the kitchen was equipped properly for cooking. Safety deposit box in room. Lots of storage space. Guest friendly

Not set up to cook. Elementary school across the street. A bit noisy in the morning but not so bad. Internet signal was poor much of time.
