It was very convenient to every thing in pigeon forge

The view in picture isn’t complete view. It a cute deck but the view is power lines and cemetery.

The couch was very uncomfortable which was the only furniture to even sit on other than the kitchen chairs.

Having to drive clear across town to dump the trash because there were none that we could find on the property.

Location and clean for the most part.

Cobwebs in certain areas of the unit, the fact that there was no outside trash receptacle. Although the unit was clean for the most part with the exception of the cobwebs, I would suggest having someone just come in right before new renters and knock down any cobwebs. I would also suggest putting a large trash receptacle outside so trash does not have to be hauled off.

Location, location, location

Furniture needs to sit higher for those with bad knees.

The condo was very clean and neat.

There wasn’t enough washcloths and the bathrooms needed more hooks to hang towels, etc.
