Por mejorar: Habitaciones un poco viejas, por remodelar. Por momentos olor a aguas negras Trato de Personal de recepción un poco frío, les falta conectar con los huéspedes Fregador del bar sumamente bajo para el personal (les puede provocar problemas de salud en su columna)

The grounds were beautiful, staff were eager to please and meals were very good in the restaurant. They are famous for their pizza, which was very good.

Did not have Smart TV’s to stream your shows. No small refrigerator or microwave in the room.

The staff were disaffected and unhelpful when issues were reported

This is a beautiful property. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

There are renovations in the room right next door and they did not inform us. We woke up at 7 am with hammer and drill in the wall right by our bed. If we were told they were renovating, we would not have booked with them this time. We spoke to the manager and they gave us our money back for the last 3 nights ( we booked 4 nights) so that we could go elsewhere. But it disrupted our short break, one we needed badly.
