"Good"

Het is een top verblijf, echter de organisatie hierachter: Wonderful Italy hebben ervoor gezorgd dat het hele verblijf super onaangenaam was door iets heel simpel. Een niet werkende frigo en het weigeren dit op te lossen.

De frigo werkte niet, deze was 20 gr. Na 44u hebben we een mini frigo ter vervanging gekregen. Deze was geschikt voor 2 mensen en we waren met 9! Er is dan uiteindelijk een werkende grotere frigo gekomen. Maar het kwaad was geschied. Meer dan 300 euro eten moeten weggooien, meer dan de helft van de vakantie zonder frisse drankjes. Het was elke dag +40gr. Wonderful Italy, de organisatie reageert niet, of veel te traag. Vraag 1000 stomme vragen om tijd te rekken terwijl het duidelijk is dat de frigo gewoon kapot is. 20gr in een frigo is niet ok! Uiteindelijk na 60u een werkende toestel bekomen en dan zeggen ze dat het onmogelijk is dat er dingen kapot gegaan zijn waardoor ze niks willen terug betalen. Ongehoord en maffia praktijken

"Exceeded our expectations"

- The pool was nice and enough for a relaxation day - The house and the yard were really well done and clean. - We had everything we needed to cook our own food, bbq. The kitchen had everything - They even had like wood for the bbq, mosquito repellent, pool towels, capsules for washing machine and dishwasher. - No mold, or smell of mold - It had this Trulli image but also the big windows made it look futuristic

- Because we were a large group we had a lot of trash to throw out and the staff made us take our trash to like 7 km away in a public space, not a really big issue but a bigger trash bin outside would be nice. - We did not find other rolls of toilet paper. - Overall nothing, just really small “bad things”.
