Absolut nichts

Prachtig gelegen huisje. Het zijn twee appartementen naast elkaar met een zwembad, in een oase van groen. Ons appartement had twee aparte slaapkamers, ieder met airco en een fan én eigen badkamer. Tussen de kamers in; een keuken/ woonkamer. Er staat een grote koelkast en er is een mogelijkheid om zelf wat klaar te maken. Als er iets was, dan kon je de beheerder appen. Het heeft een hele luxe uitstraling met al het groen en het zwembad voor de deur.

Geen hele negatieve dingen, maar wel even goed om rekening mee te houden: - het ligt op een heuvel, dus wel even een stukje omhoog lopen. - de badkamers zijn deels open, dus er lopen mieren, ook in de keuken/woonkamer. - buiten zijn héé veel muggen, binnen hebben wij er geen last van gehad. - wij vonden dat er behoorlijk wat vlekken in de witte lakens zaten, ondanks dat ze ter plekke opnieuw schoon werden opgemaakt. (verder een keurig, schoon appartement!)

Stayed here with a friend and we absolutely loved it. The villa was in a perfect location and was beautiful and clean and we absolutely loved the pool. The host was also super friendly and helpful and even organised our transport for a lot of our stay in Sri Lanka. Also bonus points for the monkeys that would climb through the trees during the day!

Absolute loved staying here, especially as the other villa wasn't booked so we had the whole pool to ourselves throughout. It was beautifully done, from overall design to thoughtful touches such as several racks to dry clothes and towels, to kitchen facilities, good storage, extra blankets and cooled water included (all have been rare to find in other places). The location was perfect and very central but quiet. The kids loved swimming with monkeys overhead in the trees. There always seemed to be a friendly member of staff on hand at the gate too, which seemed a little OTT but also impressive!

If I was to be picky, the mattresses were pretty hard (but some people prefer that) and it could do with some soft seating/armchair in the kitchen/dining to relax at night as the outdoor space around the pool is limited. But these really aren't major issues. The one thing to note re the pool if booking with young kids is that the ledge area of the pool is the only area they can be on alone-ish. The rest of the pool is deep - I'm 169cm/just under 5ft7 and was on tip toes so couldn't hold the kids up properly. Again, not a big issue as we'd be in the pool with them anyway but just for awareness before booking.

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds. Location worked for us though is up a steepish hill. Enjoyed watching the monkeys. Nice pool though didn’t realise we’d be sharing it with an adjacent property especially as there are only 2 sun loungers for both properties! Staff were communicative and we enjoyed our stay.

It would be lovely if there was some comfortable seating in the kitchen living area. If we wanted to chill out and be comfortable we had to go sit on our beds.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor dem Tor war immer ein Mitarbeiter anwesend, den man hätte ansprechen können, wenn man etwas brauchte. Sonst konnten wir auch über Whatsapp kontaktieren, falls sie sauber machen sollten. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag mehrmals gereinigt. Die Lage war sehe gut, da es nicht direkt an der Strasse ist und daher eher ruhig, aber zu Fuss ist alles gut erreichbar.

Das Bett könnte ein bisschen weicher sein.
