The host Francisca is amazing and very helpful. Authentic interior design with lots of books and decoration, looks modern. At the arrival evening was clean. 15 min walk from the historical part. It has everything you need for a short stay. A small fridge, a microwave, some cutleries and plates. A hairdryer. The bed and pillow are firm enough.

Keep in mind that this is a semi-basement room, it has two small windows under the ceiling. The humidity level is quite high so it reflects on a specific smell. The bedding and towels smelled musty. The shower cabine leaks a bit.

The apartment was just a 15 minute walk from the old center of the city. The check in and out process was super easy and the hosts were available for anything and very flexible with times and leaving our luggage after check out. The space is big, facilities are clean and overall the room was great for a short weekend visiting Porto.

The room is in the basement with little windows facing the street so it doesn't get a lot of light and you can sort of hear noises from outside. But the street isn't super busy and we stayed in the room just for sleeping so we weren't really bothered by it.

I enjoyed my stay here. I felt very welcomed and safe as a solo traveller in Porto! Nuno was extremely helpful sharing his knowledge of the area. Large bedroom and bathroom, kettle and mini fridge all very convenient! I will be back!!

The host family is very friendly, the apartment is located in the basement (with windows) of their house, but it is well-separate and we could spend our time privately. There is also a garden in which you can spend your time. The room is very big and the design is super-colorful we really like it. You have a lot of space and there is also an entrance with microwave and a sofa.

The window is open to the street, so if you are sensitive to noise it is better to prepare with earplugs for a good night's sleep.
