Olive View Cottage in Pelion

The location was peaceful and scenic, and the property itself is well maintained externally. Check-in was smooth, and the surroundings offered good views and privacy. The house has potential if basic amenities and accuracy of listing are ensured.

The property was advertised as having two bathrooms, but in reality it had only one bathroom and one WC, which was inconvenient for two families. The main bathroom did not have a functioning lock, which is a basic safety and privacy requirement. Additionally, there was a complete water outage one morning, causing significant disruption and effectively wasting the day.

Great villa for a family. There were 6 of us - me, my husband, our three children and our business partner.The villa is located in a very quiet place, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The owner was very friendly and considerate and treated us to fruits from his garden. There is also a dog and several chickens living in the fenced area. The children loved to feed them. The nearest beautiful beaches are 25 to 50 minutes away, which is not a problem if you travel by car. The only small negative is the lack of air conditioning in one of the rooms where the children slept. During the day the house gets very hot and this room is too hot. We had to leave the doors open all night to cool this room.Otherwise we were very pleased with our choice and would happily return again.

Nice location, calm and relaxing.

Garden was not maintained and that was spoiling the overall feeling. Also, one air-conditioner per floor that was hugely insufficient to keep good temperature when outside was 39-40 degrees.
