Need to provide at least basic standard of cleanliness and service.

Disappointed we thought this. Was a motel but is was mor like a home stay style accommodation. Father was very unhappy with it.

The house has rooms leased to occupants and a couple of rooms for paying guests, my room had a previous guests paperwork left out, dust and cobwebs which combines to prove the rooms aren't properly cleaned between guests. There was no towel provided and even worse was that the bathroom had no soap, I was told towels cost extra but to have no soap after using there toilet just isn't reasonable. The shared living space had no TV and I wasn't made aware of any tea or coffee making facility, I'd of been better of staying in a hostel. The proprietor is ripping people off.

I liked nothing, I was insulted before even arriving, and spoken to in a manner that made me feel it was not safe to stay there. Tried to carry on with my stay but the property manager did not make that easy so left.
