El personal muy agradable. Nos ha explicado todo con detalle y nos ha recomendado lugares para visitar. Muy recomendable. La ubicación es muy buena y el lugar se encontraba limpio y era cómodo.

Fue un poco difícil encontrar el parking pero nos han enviado las instrucciones rápidamente.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile ed era comodo avere un parcheggio accanto alla struttura.

Il posto potrebbe essere più curato e accogliente. Dal bagno arrivava un cattivo odore e anche se accendevamo il deumidificatore per abbassare l'umidità appena si spegneva tornava facilmente oltre il 60%. Non si poteva però tenere acceso a lungo perché, pur avendo impostato la temperatura del condizionatore a 28 gradi, questa è scesa sotto i 24. Se tornassi a Cefalù (che è un paese delizioso) non tornerei in questo appartamento

Que tenía aire condicionado y aparcamiento.

Qué es un sótano, necesita una reforma, tiene ventanas para dan para un túnel subterráneo. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

"Mauvaise surprise"

Le parking gratuit devant l'immeuble, tout pour la maison : wifi, machine à café, bouteilles d'eau, frigo (bruyant), TV, parasol,...

Grosse désillusion : descendre au -1, la chambre est une cave aménagée, les fenêtres donnent sur un passage en sous-sol noir, pas de lumière du jour !!! Très humide ! Pas de VMC. Des taches de moisissures repeintes. 70% d'humidité si on ne met pas la clim en deshumidificateur, et il fait vite froid même en plein été à 40°c dehors. Wc et robinet hyper bruyants. Literie qui pourrait etre changée.
