Villa Costa degli Dei

We were greeted at this beautiful villa with a glass of prosecco and some much needed snacks following an all night flight. The Villa has a view that is second to none. There are panoramic views from nearly every window and particularly from the great room where we gathered often with our group of 8. The grounds were beautiful. We walked around the property many times and each time saw something new that we hadn't noticed prior. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way if we asked for assistance. We found the great room to be very comfortable and welcoming. Luca, the chef, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed if we were leaving early for a tour or for departure. We captured great family memories at the Villa and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you!

This is not of major concern but some of our guests reported that their beds were uncomfortable, and the water pressure dropped significantly if someone else was showering in another room at the same time. This did not prevent us from having a great time though.

Stunning location! The covered terrace is fantastic for relaxing and taking in the amazing views. It is also ideal for business meetings and remote working. Alba, Gent, Luca and team are outstanding - very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and would love to return

A bit dated but this adds to the charm

This is a huge, gorgeous property set in the cliffs with amazing views overlooking the coast. There is a large pool, multiple sun decks and the water taxi can pick you up right next to the pool to bring you to neighboring cities, including Amalfi, Postitano and Praiano. The staff is excellent— kind, friendly and welcoming - they went out of their way to makes us feel at home and treated us like guests of honor. The chef Luca cooked us an amazing Italian feast one night. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Unreal location of the villa, beautiful place. The only thing that deserves an absolute 10 is the chef Luka!!! Otherwise, it was absolutely unmaintained. the house is absolutely not maintained, the bathrooms are in a terrible condition, these days plastic curtains in the shower? tragedy!! the photos do not correspond to reality - a complete repair of everything would be necessary

The highlight of this villa is the cliffside location and the amazing staff. Lucca and Kathy went above and beyond to make sure you're fed well and everything is comfy.

The villa is spectacular! Our group of 12 fiends stayed for a week in September. The villa is gorgeous and the staff are the most amazing people, each of whom made our stay memorable. The chef, Luca, is amazing. His culinary skills are incredible and innovative (former Italy Hell's Kitchen contestant!). The meals he prepared were outstanding - better than any restaurant (and had better views!). Katie and Eunice are so friendly, helpful and accommodating of anything we needed. These on-site staff truly made our stay special. The common spaces - both inside and out - are beautiful, all with gorgeous views of the sea. The villa and property is huge, with many patios, seating areas, dining areas, and lounging areas. The decor is lovely, comfortable yet elegant, while the views are the most amazing you will have on the Amalfi Coast. The pool is huge and has a beautiful view, nice lounge chairs, and a shady area. There are steps into the sea that can be used to swim in the sea, which is in a small cove. Water taxis can pick you up right at the stairs into the sea. There are 7 bedrooms on the property, all ensuite. The owners greeted us upon arrival and took us through the villa and explained everything we needed to know. They also provided beautiful and delicious welcome refreshments of lemon water, prosecco, and appetizers -totally unexpected and very much appreciated after a long day of travel! It was an amazing way to greet their guests and definitely created the "wow" factor upon arrival. The villa and property is jaw dropping! The dining areas have unsurpassed views day and night. The night Luca made pizza in the outdoor pizza oven was incredible - and the outdoor dining table set on the patio overlooking the coast was magnificent. The view of this luxury villa from the water while in a boat is amazing! The wonderful staff and the design of this villa on its many levels levels makes it unique and special! Would highly recommend!

While it certainly did not detract from our stay in this stunning property, the four bedrooms in the main villa are beautiful, but the three bedrooms that are in a separate building on the property are quite a few steps up (near street level) from the main villa so they are isolated from the rest of the property. These three bedrooms are smaller and not as nice as the four bedrooms in the main villa, and there is no indoor common space in this building. There are many steps to get from these rooms to the main villa with its beautiful common spaces, patios, balconies and sitting areas. That being said, those in the upper level building spent little time in our rooms as our entire group spent all of our time in the gorgeous main villa. As in all of the Amalfi Coast, there are steep steps and walkways everywhere you go, both in the towns and in this villa, so just be prepared for stairs and enjoy the stunning views everywhere you walk on this property!

The house, the location and the view are absolutely unbeatable, must be experienced. The accommodation here felt like it was taken from a movie. We had the privilege of meeting and spending time with the hospitable owner family. They made our stay unforgettable and we felt like part of the family. Really hope to see you again soon.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Wow, wow, wow! This property is beautiful and set in the most wonderful location with views to die for. The owners of the property are the most wonderful family and made us feel extremely welcome and like part of the family. The property also has its own private pick up point for water taxis to places like Positano or better yet, we were able to book a private boat tour to capri with pick and drop off from the Villa! We felt very lucky to have that experience. I can not recommend this place enough and hope to be back again soon.
