HC Property - Foster Drive

Location was good Clean and tidy

Heating was to high and could not turn it down. One bed mattress was broken. Toilet roll holder gel of the wall. One of the shower screens was broken. One of the shower slider rails was broken. WiFi details in the guest book were incorrect. Twin rooms are really tight for space, one room had the bedside cabinet at the foot of the bed and the bedside lamp couldn't be plugged in as the socket was too far away. No bins in any of the bedrooms.

Lovely large property with plenty bathrooms Great large sitting area for us all 5mins walk from the metro to get into central Newcastle. Parking for 2 cars 2min walk to Asda

Garden area overlooked Could do with some more cutlery

I stayed in this property for business and I will say I am impressed! I will be coming back with my family in the future as it has everything we could need. Very clean and comfortable stay. I didn’t have to drive into Newcastle as the property is only around the corner from the Metro. Asda is also around the corner for me to do a quick grocery stop. Quiet area. WiFi, garden, private drive.. What more could I need!

I didn’t find this sooner!

Everything about staying here was easy! From collecting the keys to controlling the appliances. The location of the property is great and easy to get into Newcastle. Hosts have been very accommodating as I booked last minute but I will return again when working in the area.

The host took my payment for a 3 night booking but didn't send any check in details i informed the host i was working night shifts and would be checking around 3AM. After a text message I was finally given a lock box code for the property. On arrival to the property, there were already vehicles on the drive, and the lock box was already open with no key inside. The door was locked and no answer after knocking. I called and text the host but received no answer with no other option as it was 3AM and unable to book elsewhere I had to make the 3 hour drive home. The host continued to ignore my calls and message over the next 3 days and still to this point hasn't been in contact or given me a refund.
