Le falta aseo MUCHOS INSECTOS El aire acondicionado no sale en las habitaciones de forma adecuada por lo que en verano es casi imposible dormir por el calor El baño posee una cortina en la ducha que está llena de mugre Los anfitriones no hablan español o por lo menos no se toman el tiempo de enviar los mensajes en español Al checkout me pareció descabellado que pidieran poner a lavar las sábanas en la lavadora y que debíamos sacar la basura… por poco dicen que se los limpiemos al 100%. Malos anfitriones No es un alojamiento recomendado para personas con problemas de rodillas o asma, pues las escaleras son muy pronunciadas.

If I could, I’d give it an 11 out of 10! The flat was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and warm—everything we needed was right there. The neighborhood was fantastic too, with shops, bars, and a supermarket all close by. And having the bus to NYC just outside made everything super convenient. Truly an amazing stay!

Loved the apartment, it has everything you could ask for. The location near the waterfront was awesome. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Bathroom doors were fiddly and difficult to close, second bedroom could have done with more ventilation, bed sheets not the best

The place is really comfy and well taken care of. The pics are just as shown in the listing. The hosts are very communicative and flexible. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and we would definitely go back to this place. Fully recommend!

The stairs might be challenging for elderly and/or people with luggage. So, just be mindful of that. No biggie for us, though.

Super convenient location - Hoboken itself has lots of nice restaurants and cafes and it's a short hop on PATH to get to Manhattan

Nice and clean The heat is pretty good. There are a few good restaurants nearby

You need to climb to 5 floor without elevator And it’s really pity you can’t store your luggage before or after you check out.

Super nice apartment, clean and just like the pictures. Location great but parking not easy, once you’re parked and don’t need your car anymore it’s okay but parking garage to leave car during stay was a decent walk away. Good communication. Bunk beds not too that sturdy and not comfortable for anyone other than young children.

We are a pretty young and healthy group but carrying luggage up and down the narrow flights of stairs was tough! Also only one key to get into the building so if part of your party was coming in at a different time you would have to go down the five flights of stairs to let them in and back up.
