The location was very good, nice outside facilities,good seating areas , canoes, bicycles, BBQ,pool .

A real missed potential,when we arrived the outside was strewn with debris and patio slabs needed a jet wash. The smell when we opened the door was awful, in my opinion a specific type of smoking had occurred in the property. We had to call for assistance when one shower was cold and water poured out from the pipes, into a cupboard, Juan came very quickly ,explained why it happened and left us an aerosol can to help clear the smell. One shower had a lot of mould,and the toilet backed up into the shower tray. The water in the basin in the third bathroom took about an hour to run away when cleaning teeth, but the shower was adequate. Although the white sofas in the lounge area looked nice,sitting on them was very uncomfortable, like sitting on the bare wooden frame, definitely needs replacing. This meant only three people could sit in the lounge area on the remaining furniture. We were a party of five. Very few utensils in the kitchen, not even a colander or chopping board. Lots of crockery and glass wear though. Both kitchen sinks were not clean .One bedroom had two double beds ,but nothing else, no nightstand or table lamp,even one between the two beds would’ve been helpful. There was a very small closet but was dirty inside and had a narrow metal rack above,totally useless for clothes,this meant we had to live out of our suitcase. The AC was the noisiest I’ve ever heard consequently making sleep very difficult,one room did have a ceiling fan which worked well. All of the vents were black and needed a proper clean.With a complete plumbing overhaul, a really deep clean, and replacement of the large sofas, new mattress on one bed, and some thought into equipment for the kitchen this property could be a real pleasure to stay in.

Epic location on the waters edge and just around the corner from shops.Great communication from host when necessary.

Many areas of the house has not been maintained well. There is mould in certain areas. Old soapy sponges not clean enough for any hygienic standards. The one door was found unlocked and couldn’t lock it. The aircon comes on and off and is very loud when it comes on through the vents. The outside of the house on the front porch has not been cleaned in ages and couldn’t even sit down on furniture.
