PLWe ended up staying at this property after our original booking was canceled on the day we were set to arrive in Bergamo. The host was responsive, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-located. There’s a fantastic café right across the street (Botega Caffe) with delicious pastries, and we enjoyed some great Neapolitan pizza at Vasiniko nearby.
Despite the positive things, I must caution against booking this place during the summer months. The apartment lacks air conditioning, and our stay quickly turned into a nightmare due to the extreme heat. Despite having two small fans and keeping all the windows open, the temperature inside the apartment remained above 30°C at night, even when it was cooler outside. As a result, the four of us barely slept during our entire stay. While this property might be a comfortable choice during late autumn or early winter, I strongly advise against booking it during the summer.

ILThe apartment was spacious and accessories with the basics. The location was central and perfect.
Lacking AC, the minimum required is a window net, so the mosquitos won't get in... Unfortunately we suffered every night because of this.

Not much equipment for kitchen, but is ok it’s good enough.
FIPLLocation is great, this part of the city is really beautiful, the appartment is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, there was tea and coffee for us. The owner was super nice and let us leave our luggage early in the morning - the cleaning lady came especially for us and let us in to leave the trolleys - very much appreciated!
It could be cleaner, in particular bathmat was dirty, pottery wasn’t freshly washed and was a bit sticky and furniture was dusty. The cleaning lady told us the flat would be ready in 20 minutes (how can you clean whole flat after previous guests in 20 minutes??). There is no air conditioning in the flat, it was too hot and despite opening both windows and causing draught we could not get fresh air inside. One fan/aircleaner (not sure what it was) could not make it to cool the air down (it was rainy and cool outside). It is dark - not enough lamps or too dark, broken light over mirror in bathroom, don’t even think about reading before fallibg asleep. Unfortunately the sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep, happy it was only a one night stay.
