GuestHost - Bright Apartament with Balcony and Parking!

The apartment has great potential, and it could be a hidden gem. With the 2 bedrooms and the living room it offers sufficient space for a big family. It could be great for kids as they also have a lot of toys and a bedroom dedicated for the children. Also, the big terrace offers a great space to have dinner or breakfast and enjoy the outdoors. The parking is super close to the apartment. Unfortunately for us, all of the things mentioned above were ruined by some issues.

No AC and no mosquito nets at the windows When we arrived there , at night it was like a sauna inside. All the windows were closed and inside was super hot. We were aware when we booked the property that it doesn't have AC, but we didn't think that it would be this bad. We opened all the widows, and a lot of insects started entering the apartment as there weren't any mosquito nets at the windows. The kids had a lot of bites on them after the first night. Only one fan was available for the entire apartment. Next day, We managed to convince the owner to bring in more fans, but it did not help that much as the kids' bedroom was super small and no fresh air was entering the room. So the bunk bed available there was not usable. We also added some insect repellant inside, thinking it could help. The cherry on top was a hornets nest beside the bathroom window, which we discovered the 3rd day, and because of that, we had to leave early. Really big hornets were entering the apartment. We had to close the windows. I regret not leaving after the first night there, but I tried to be open-minded and make the best of the situation. With a minimum investment from the owner, this could be a great option, but during the summertime, when it's hot, I do not recommend this apartment the way it is right now.
