"Scum and cheating"

This is cheating apartment.
In date of arrival owner wrote me that price is twice higher, it was “booking mistake in price”. He rejected to check me in until I pay. And start threatening me that I will be beaten in my bed at night when I said that will report to booking. So finally I had to find another apartment at 21:00
