The Panorama Retreat, Manali

Traumhafte Aussicht und große Zimmer, die sehr modern und hell eingerichtet waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und im Zimmerpreis mit inkludiert.

Die Preise im Restaurant waren für indische Verhältnisse gehoben.

You have very good staff and very good service. They are polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner food was excellent. Travel desk was also helpful. Mr Hansraj who provided cab during our stay was good.

Lovely place to stay. The food, facilitues, everything was excellent. The food was a bit on the pricier side but the taste was really good.

It was a very pleasant stay at Panorama Retreat, Manali. We had an extremely hospitable experience with the travel desk, Mr. Hans Raj Thakhur. He was very helpful and assisted us in exploring and experiencing the wonders of Manali by arranging comfortable and luxurious travel.

Hotel staff was excellent.They made sure our stay is comfortable.Food was delicious and rooms were cosy. Ashu was prompt to our requests and a very humble guy.

There is a 100 mts road patch before the hotel which makes the drive slightly challenging.

Long wait in restaurant for order

I liked the location of this property. It’s tucked away from the main hustle bustle of Manali yet just a 10 min drive from the mall road.

We stayed here with friends for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The hotel is located away from the noisy main road, which makes it really peaceful. At the same time, it's just a short walk to Vashisht village, with cafés, small shops, and the hot springs with public baths. The rooms were spacious and clean, with electric blankets and a heater, very cozy and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food was great, but not all items on the menu were available. If you want something specific from the menu, let the staff know in advance so they can arrange the ingredients. And the mountain view from the balcony was amazing, made every morning special.

it was very nice . we stayed for 3 nights . the staff was very helpful . one of our family member was sick so they arranged medicines for us by specialy going and buying from medical store ! Food was awesome !
