The bed area, small kitchen, TV area was ok. Hosts were friendly upon check in. However didn't acknowledge my concern over the lift or understand or do anything when we advised them that we felt it necessary to leave after one night. As we wanted to shower without neighbouring apartments or hospital seeing us shower or go to the toilet.

To have privacy in bathroom, the building main entrance to the room was horrible. Dark, dingy the main entrance was unlocked each time we left ir came back even though we were told to lock it. The lift was not what we were happy to use, didn't feel safe so we used the stairs. The hosts told us it was fine and 2 days later someone 'fixed' it. We managed one night and the evening of the 2nd day we decided to leave and stay at alternative accommodation. So we managed one night and made the decision to not stay for the rest of our stay. The 'privacy panel' on the door doesn't cover everything only at certain ans the areas it does cover is only at a basic angle. Floors above can see. Ans if you do anything in the bathroom when dark outside for safety reasons you need the light on and you would have to take a shower this means even more visible view or you showering. The windows should bw frosted or better privacy panel put on ALL the door and ALL of the window. The photos we have added to the review confirms this point.

It was only a very short distance to the hospital I was attending. Due to the fact I asked if I could leave my suitcase early I was not only met but they had got my room ready earlier . This was very welcome. The room was lovely and comfortable. It also had a lift and Netflix TV.

There were some steep stairs to get up to the foyer and the lifts which may be for some people difficult. I did however manage and as I said the rooms were great
