The staff were very unprofessional and rude ,I arrived at 5in the evening and was told that no room is available.after 2hours of waiting I was offered a room ,the Oyo customer support was also very pathetic.what is the point of reservation then ,if I have to face all this.

INThe hotel's location was good and near to the railway station. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice. The accommodation offered excellent value for the money.
The furniture and walls are worn out. They have started painting so hopefully should be fine. The lift is not working due to a technical issue.
