Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage, nur über die Straße zum Strand(5 min zu Fuß ist mega Riff zum Schnorcheln), großes Zimmer

Bettwäsche hatte gelbliche Flecken, diese wurde sofort mit Wäsche direkt aus der Reinigung getauscht. Diese hatte auch Flecken...wahrscheinlich wird die Wàsche nicht gebleicht. War für uns ok.

Отличное место, маленький гостевой домик на 4 номера, номера просторные, ванная комната огромная. Вкусные завтраки.

Через дорогу находится кафе где есть живая музыка 3 дня в неделю, играют до 22:30.

Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, хорошо говорят по-английски, всегда готовы помочь. Небольшой чистый хоумстей, всего 2 домика по 2 комнаты. В номере просторно, много добротной мебели и мест хранения, новый чайник, посуда и чайный набор. Интересное решение в виде высокого стола - в отпуске все равно за ним не сидишь, а класть вещи так гораздо удобнее, чем склоняться над низким. Кондиционер отлично охлаждает. Большая удобная кровать и подушки, бесшумный матрас. В ванне оптимальное решение - окно с сеткой - и насекомые не залетают, и сырости нет, зато есть дополнительное освещение. Удобный душ, есть регулировка высоты, лейка съемная, хороший напор воды, горячая всегда была. Уборка раз в 3-4 дня. Завтрак приносят на террасу номера, время и блюда выбираете накануне вечером. Готовят хорошо, не пережаривают яичницу и другие блюда. Питьевая вода в фабричных бутылках, 0,5 л на человека каждый день. Из-за влажности есть некоторые моменты, хотя хоумстей и новый. Например, тяжело открывается раздвижная дверь на террасу. Но сотрудники внимательные и на просьбы гостей реагируют, думаю, все починят 👍 Рядом фруктовые палатки, супермаркеты, кафе, массаж.

Так как хоумстей прямо у дороги, то шум от мотоциклов очень слышен, а некоторые любят погонять да еще без глушителя. Далеко до пляжа Джемелюк, кораллы есть и поближе, но мало, поэтому приходилось ездить на такси. Именно в этом месте комаров много, они особенно любят прятаться в шкафу, дочку покусали. На другом пляже нас не кусали даже с открытой ванной комнатой. Про фумигатор забыли, может, помогает, в номере он есть.

Cómo si fuera nuestra segunda residencia. Cómo en casa. Limpio, amplio, sin ruido, aire acondicionado sin problema, ducha estupenda, cama amplia y muy cómoda, cerca de todo, cerca de la playa, cerca de las escuelas de buceo. Creo que la mejor ubicación de la zona. Nos facilitaron el alquiler de motos. Desayuno espectacular, variado, podías elegir. Música en directo por las tardes en los restaurantes cercanos, sin molestar en la noche. cerraban a una hora muy prudente 23h +-. Ketut nos trato como si fuéramos familia. Gracias a todos, por vuestra hospitalidad , "de corazón". As if it were our second home. Like at home. Clean, spacious, no noise, air conditioning without problems, great shower, large and very comfortable bed, close to everything, close to the beach, close to the diving schools. I think the best location in the area. They made it easy for us to rent motorbikes. Spectacular breakfast, varied, you could choose. Live music in the evenings in the nearby restaurants, without disturbing at night. They closed at a very reasonable time 11pm +-. Ketut and his family treated us as if we were family. Thank you for your hospitality Ketut and family, from the bottom of my heart.

The best experience we had in Bali. Initially we reserved for 2 nights but then extended until 6. Great balance of value for money, rooms/ bed linen are very clean (which is not always a case in Bali) and really spacious. Comfortable bed. Staff is very kind and attentive. Every morning they are preparing a breakfast for all guests. We loved staying at this hotel and would definitely come back.

Even if everything was great there is one point that is really impactful, which is a noise of water pump that we can hear any time of the day (even at time) which is making lots of noise everytime someone using a water. We had an ear plugs because in general the noise isolation in Bali hotels is very poor so it was ok but it might be bothering. There is also an unpleasant smell from the sink (which is also a common issues on the island) but it was easily managed by closing the sink with a sink stopper.

Everything about our stay at Amed Permai was great. It's been the best homestay out of 5 on Bali so far. Big room, great staff, good location for snorkeling, good prices for everything (motorbike, food in the eateries nearby, etc.). Too bad our stay was short.

The road nearby can be noisy due to motorbikes, but earplugs solved the problem easily.

Clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything looks new, the room smells good and has all the necessary equipment. Very kindly and helpful staff and manager. Great location - 2 minutes to the beach. The manager helped us find a bike and a transfer for a good price. Delicious and varied breakfasts, which are prepared at the time you need it and brought to the room. Our stay here was comfortable and enjoyable.

Все просто замечательно, классный персонал, завтраки, кровать , душ и напор воды. Советую всем

Иногда шумно от бойлера но не критично.
