Hotel Sky Gate kandy

No staff at the counter at the time of checkout, had to bring the luggage down alone, most of the time power cut, lift not working. Some Sri Lankan families was there and both families very loud, laughing drumming and staff not inform them about other guest privacy. Very disappointing since we are honeymoon couple. Final payment times the cashier did wrong calculation, which I had to make correct calculation and show them. Next time won't come and recommend

The room was clean and well supplied. Quiet and a bit of a view from the window. I needed extra blanket and I was given a cozy duvet.

Bathroom too small in comparison with the bathrooms you normally find in most places. Not roomy enough to move in it. I am a big size body person and I hit my elbows with the shower screen while whasing my face in the basin.

View of the restaurant area on open area is very beautiful. Light system on the room and Bed is nice. When we take the dinner there was a very nice guy that gave us plates and hot water. AC working well. TV is very nice. The Charge for the room is 12000+. Quiet and beautiful hotel.

Swimming pool is not perfectly cleaned. We went there to swim but didn’t used it because the jacuzzi area is not clean. No tooth paste is included on the room. Take it from outside to use. The prices of the foods are little expensive. Because we don’t know about the portions, we ordered meals from outside using pickme foods. Very difficult to take warm water from the shower because one side is very hot and other side is cold. When I put it on middle it comes very hot water. Bathroom is tiled but damaged. Requested carpets separately for the room. There was cupboard but the smell is not good. No windows for the rooms with a view. There was a window but it’s an inside one. You can check water tanks from there. They charging 10% service charge but it didn’t mentioned on booking.com. If you guys improve above things, it’s a very good hotel.
