The view from the pool reached over whole kandy which was amazing. The infinity pool was also great and the guy that showed us our room was very friendly and always tried to help us. He had a great energy and even managed to get our laundry done within hours.

The first room we got was looking to a staircase that was under construction even though we booked a pool view room. That was fortunately changed afterwards. It was odd, that we had to pay on arrival though it was nowhere clarified and they asked us when we wanted to pay to which we replied after. In general the man at the reception always seemed like we bothered him with our questions. It was not a welcoming atmosphere except from the man that showed us our room. The receptionist neither gave us the times of breakfast or dinner, nor did he share any information about what to do in kandy, the WiFi password or asked us how our stay was. Only when we had to pay something he reached out to us. Very unwelcoming atmosphere which I was not used to. Also the water was cold during our entire stay which multiplied our feeling.

It was a new hotel and so clean , comfortable, excellent service and location, beautiful view,the staff was very helpful and friendly really it's a beat choice for you when you stay in kandy
