Closest to downtown in a piano bar next-door

Overpriced for what you get no microwave and then the second room. The only shower was a handheld in the bathtub for an overpriced stay.

Great location, very clean room

The fact that there wasn't an actual shower in the room. That was not in the description of the room that it was a tub only with a shower head you pull up. Was very difficult yo get in and out of the big tub. Nobody to contact after hours if needed someone.

We were welcomed at the desk by Jade. She was great. Found us a great room, with a balcony. Walked us to our car, wanted to help with luggage, though we declined. Her colleague also gracious. We are grateful.

Well, the lack of a real shower. The jacuzzi bath is nice, but an enclosed shower would have been a nice touch.

I liked the convenience of being close to the shops and restaurants.

We did not have the 2 beds as requested. The only 2 chair in the room were broken. It was very obvious the lining was hanging down to the floor. When I pointed it out to the staff and asked him to sit on them he said they are broken sorry. No offer to exchange them. We had to sit in the bed the whole time. Their were 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. My older sister had a hard time with the stairs. We actually left a day early. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Superior location, elegant rooms with more than ample spaces, very much appreciated extras in the room, well maintained and neatly presented, a hot tub was an extra special touch you really see even in the top 5 hotels, very quiet surroundings no unwanted disruptions of sound. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

My spouse thought there was complimentary breakfast but only found a regular restaurant inside the main building. The most negative part was the receptionist I communicated with when I initially arrived she had zero personality didn't show any interest whatsoever and spoke so low I couldn't understand her and had to ask her to speak up,so she just made you feel unwelcome, the gentleman after she left later was friendly extremely helpful and was a refreshing change.The following Sunday morning again the same girl was there, I handed her my pass cards and parking space number card and she literally said nothing to me and just placed them on her desk, not even have a good day or thank you. It was like she wasn't there?
