Great location with large space, shower water is very powerful and hot enough as I want. Clean and house keeping staffs are kind to prepare room for our eatiler check-in, and help us to carry luggage upstaires👍😽

Good location in the city centre. Hotel was comfortable and seems like newly and nicely renovated.

There was no reception desk. Only 1 toilet/bathroom for 2 bedrooms suite is rather inconvenient. Locked out once and was told that wrong date was entered for our booking. That should not happen. Anyway got the new code fairly swiftly.

- Great location - So much space - Comfortable beds - Even though staff are at their other establishment, they were prompt via WhatsApp.

- No washing machine (apparently getting fixed). - some road noise from the master bedroom.

Location and space. Prompt response from staff for any issues. My unit 4B has plumbing issues n we were moved to unit 10b which was great. I had highlighted the plumbing issue when i last stayed there in January 2025. Surprised that it was not resolved! It could be a makor problem but could easily be resolved with proper attention by the right people
