Clean spacious everything a family holiday needs

Nothing was perfect thanks

Clean and tidy, very well stocked up with essentials. Easy walking distance to the beach, Zoo and town. Vicki was very accommodating, answered any queries very quickly.

Communication with Vicky was great as were the easy to follow instructions about the property in the welcome pack. Loved the little extra touches such as an activity box for the kids along with lots of soft toys (a winner with my kids, they kept saying wow this lady is so kind). Beds were really comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean and loved the nautical decor being close to the sea.

The kids activity books (ie. Colouring) need replacing as most were already completed by previous guests. Bit more milk for a family of 4 but that's being very picky

The Flat had everything you needed ,nicely decorated and cosy....very central to both Paignton Beach and Goodrington Sands(great for dogs) Vicki had thought of everything 😀 and nothing was too much trouble which is great we both had a wonderful time and so did our dog she just loved going the beach everyday
