Distanz zum Strand ist gut, Terassen sind mit Schatten unten ind schönem Blick oben. Betten waren mit guten Matratzen, neuer Kühlschrank. Warmes Wasser.

Die Gesamte Ausstattung gleicht einem Sammelsurium von mehreren aufgelösten Haushalten wo man die Überreste in jeder Ecke sammelt. Die Terassen waren schmutzig, der Grill voller Asche vom Vorgänger, keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine (wie sparsam kann man sein?), die Küchenschränke sowie die Kaffemaschine klebrig. Wenig nutzbares Besteck und oder Küchengeräte. Die Handtücher hatten auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, alle verschieden gross, dick, dünn, augewaschen. Elektrik mit Problemen, ein Lichtschalter mit Kurzschluss im Erdgeschoss. Der Vermieter ist kaum auf Fragen eingegengen, für griechische Verhältnisse eher abweisend. Untidy

Clean floors and bathrooms. Keys in a code box. We didn't have to arrange a meeting with anyone. Parking place for two (small) cars.

The fridge was filthy, with stains from spilled milk or something. One of the beds downstairs had a broken frame and was unusable. The switch for the main light in the kitchen was hidden behind a wardrobe. We had to move the wardrobe to be able to turn it on. The shower hose in the downstairs bathroom was full of holes, so the water wasn't coming from the shower head at all. Half of the lamps upstairs were missing light bulbs. On the first night, there was no hot water. The next morning, we had to ask the owner how to turn on the water heater. The oven did not work until you set the clock on it. The clock kept resetting due to minor power outages, which probably occurred when too many appliances were turned on at once. Some furniture was damaged, and some wardrobes were full of random items and broken things. Dirt and mess in the kitchen drawers. The owner kept communication to a bare minimum. We were only given the lock code; we had to ask for everything else, such as the Wi-Fi password or how to get hot water.

Das Haus war sehr dreckig. Im Kühlschrank waren verschlimmert Lebensmittel, aus den Wänden hingen offene Kabel raus, un der Dusche war schimmel, etc

Very beautiful Villa, it was very easy to get access to the house and communication was fast and pleasant. Truly enjoyed our stay, very near to beach. It was also very comfortable to get a ride to airport.
