Satın almış olduğumuz oda başka birine verilmiş olmasina rağmen, karışıklığı daha iyi bir oda vererek telafi ettiler. Özellikle Büşra Hanım' in ilgi alakası, nezakati fevkaleydi. Insan karşılandığı gibi ayni ilgi alaka ile ugurlandiginda daha bir keyifli oluyor. Çıkışta Kahve ikram etmek istemeleri bile çok nazik bir hareketti.

"One can stay in a better hotel with the same price"

Breakfast was amazing The river view was nice The staff was very nice especially the reception girl The garden decoration was awesome The location is good

The cleaning service was not good The bathrooms were draining very slowly There was no means of contact with the room service Things were not replaced after they were taken by the cleaning team
