The location was good.

We booked the family room for 6 of us. They gave us a leaking bathroom, and the hot water from the Geyser burst twice during our stay which was scary.My father a senior citizen scalded his hand during this. The bathroom does not have a single hook or rack to keep anything, and this was highly inconvenient. All the bathroom fittings are of cheap plastic quality.Inspite of having a geyser, there was no hot water on the last day. The pigeon sounds hitting the windows the entire day was irritating too. They were very noisy and disturbing. The staff were unprofessional, and play music and the Tv loudly in the reception which was just next door for us.We told them to reduce the volume.They sleep there too on the floor, and wake up late in the morning, which felt weird. Overall a bad experience for us.

Location is good. They have underground parking which is also good.

It was overpriced first of all. I got Terrace room which was terrible. Ceiling fan was very close. In bathroom hot water was coming even through health faucet. Someone did wrong plumbing all over. Room size is also very small.

The location is convenient and central, plus they provide basement car parking. The service staff was polite and responsive—when we raised a concern about the cigarette smell in the room, the staff sprayed freshener immediately, which helped for some time.

The room rate was ₹7200 for a single night ( family room with two king size beds), which is far overpriced (worth around ₹3000 at best). The room was very basic, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bed linens had stains including blood marks, which was very unhygienic. The bathroom fittings were very poor—no single hooks,no towel rods,no soap dish, or no towel rack in the bathroom —so we had to keep clothes outside and hang towels on the door handle. The cigarette smell returned after some time despite the freshener. Overall, it was a disappointing stay for the price charged.
