Manager is truly awful. All about money no heart for family. It started with parking when we pulled in they were asking us to park in a distance when it's raining and we have children in the car. The room is cute and cozy amenities are not. Water is either hot or cold u can't even get in the middle we are 2 adult with 3 children they are 3 4 & 9 the 9 they've ask us to pay extra 500 no question ask I agree the come back in a few asking for another 500 bcoz there's 5 of us in the room which kids and to start we check in at 4pm already and leave by 8am a very short trip just needed for a stop over for the driving. Very clean. The place is close to SM and can jump in to a tricycle outside the property. Staff are so accommodating they are ACE especially Maria, Bea and Eron. They are an asset. Met Sister Ameline one of the siblings to the owner. We had the greatest gift from sister with blessings on our travel. With great pleasure that have met you sister you are our angel in disguise. Would live to be back again. We love the place so much.

We arrive at 1am because of our delayed travel from Manila and our room was occupied by someone else. Sorted by Maria and Bea right away which is a 5 star service for them both.
