K-House

It has been the biggest disappointment during my trip. Hugely overpriced and overrated. The apartment would be acceptable if it were half the price we paid. The furnishing was dated, there was almost no access to the daylight. One of the mattresses was so hard we had to put two additional duvet to sleep in the bed. You are welcomed by the list of “don’t” and how much you will be fined if you leave dirty dishes, rubbish not in the bin, etc. Pretty obvious things not to do, but the list makes you feel anxious. It is located near the station which is fine, but the beach is not something you could imagine. Certainly not a place to sunbathe. Nothing charming about the place. I don’t understand all the very positive reviews, really misleading. Huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money to come there for this price.

The location was amazing, and it was really easy to do the check in

Unfortunately it didn’t had hot water so taking a shower was not a great experience and the beds were a bit uncomfortable

Location was perfect, just steps away from the Hase train station and the beach. Wandering the streets was one of our favorite parts of the trip.

Be aware that if you're booking for more than 3 people that one of the two beds feels like a box spring and the third bed will be a futon. It comes with padding though, so it isn't too uncomfortable.

Location was excellent. Easy to find with phone navigation. Quiet area.

Not clean. Very cheap and basic decor and facilities

K-house is nice, with enough room easily for 4-5 people (the 3 of us were very comfortable staying here). Good kitchen, bathroom, washing facilities (nice top loader washing machine) and a big fridge. Great area, 5-10 minutes walk from several nice shrines as well as the beach, which some people were surfing on. Convenience stores close by. Restaurants all seem to close quite early, so keep that in mind. We couldn't find anything open after 8pm on a Thursday. Check in confused me a little because there was a separate check-in process (all self regulated) which I had forgotten about by the time we arrived.

The only thing I liked was that the town of Hase was very cute, also the dining table and chairs were nice and sturdy.

Everything about this rental was in poor or uncomfortable condition. The beds were box springs, not mattresses. The floors were of questionable strength and safety.
