The Ground Floor Guest Suite

Steve was very welcoming and showed us around. It was a very spacious unit and had everything we needed to self cater for 5 nights. We appreciated the cheese & crackers, milk and other treats provided, thank you. It was nice to relax in the lounge after a day out and about walking tracks around Dunedin and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and appreciated the many little things to make it homely.

There didn't seem to be any soundproofing between the floors.

Would have been nice to meet hosts. Could have done with a phone number to contact them as I couldn't get the TV to work. Maybe just me as I a bit technically challenged. Perhaps a little more detail on how to operate it.

I recently stayed at this lovely house and was thoroughly impressed. It was incredibly clean and cosy, offering a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfortable and reliable accommodation!

Carolyn was very welcoming and the facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Carolyn and Steve had thought of and provided absolutely everything that one could possibly need.

It was the little things that were provided - like cheese & crackers in the fridge after we arrived just after the supermarket closed.

Well set up for a longer stay. Lots of convenience items provided. Nice outdoor/garden space. Quiet neighborhood. central location.

One of THE best appointed apartments with many thoughtful additions well beyond our expectations. Well located with an easy commute to the much busier Dunedin. Offered the option of self catering with dinner and breakfast options close by.

Hard to fault this property, if anything, its location down a short shared easement on a “battle axe” section made me double check the address. 😊
