Stunning Cromer beach house with sea views

The location was superb, sea view and close to everything. The house was well equipped and ideal for our needs. Helpful and considerate host.

Such a perfectly placed house for our weekend away. Very clean, lovely comfy bedrooms and bathrooms and excellent socialising lounge kitchem dining space. Fab views out to see the pier, watch the surfers and lifboat crew over the weekend. Well equipped and exactly as described.

Bed rooms were all inviting and comfortable. Location fantastic.

Directions to car parking need updating - 3 words would be a good idea.

Grade 2 listed; beautiful period fireplaces throughout; excellent views and sound of the beach/ocean; fantastic spacious bath and bedrooms (and plenty of them); well equipped kitchen (high quality and spacious fridge/freezer/induction job/oven/dishwasher; separate washing machine/drier in laundry room) and also at dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc - enough for the eight people capacity (we were only three!). Fantastic location 30sec walk from the short slope down to promenade. 30sec other direction was a local co-op and 10min walk a large Morrisons.

The only potential negative is no parking at the property - notably that 5min walk to permit controlled parking was enough to dissuade us from using the car for the entire 6day holiday. And it was simply incompatible to have had the beautiful period narrow street on the sea front with parking on the street! Keep your eye on Wi-Fi - good signal on the third floor can be a challenge, but Peter was very quick and eager to fix.

A beautifully decorated house and very well equipped. Everything felt good quality and luxurious. Extremely comfortable beds! A fantastic location for exploring Cromer.

As we stayed in February, the house felt cold. There were times in the day when we were unable to get the heating to turn up as it was on a timer, which we could not override. Also, the parking only allows 1 car to park with a permit, and this is quite a distance from the house. That said, neither of these would stop us from returning... just maybe not in February!
